Meshing impact analysis of planetary transmission system considering the influence of multiple errors and its effect on the load sharing and dynamic load factor characteristics of the system

The meshing impact on transmission system and internal gear pair its the load sharing dynamic characteristics of are not well understood yet. In this paper, models pairs planetary were successfully constructed, point, time force accurately obtained. Meshing in is obviously affected by eccentricity error, installation other errors. Due to difference error each component, external gears branch lead different positions, which causes constant change force. This creates difficulties analysis system. Load Tooth Contact Analysis (LTCA) method can be used analyse position tooth under condition. Through model system, influence component errors contact surface Combining loaded geometric errors, for solving deduced, system's coefficient factor analysed. By comparing before after considering it found that load-sharing increases slightly, fluctuates significantly, becomes more clutter impact.
